All of our technicians, operators and employees have completed rigorous safety certifications and are fully insured. We want to make sure your entire event goes as planned, so your event will have ever-lastering memories. However, we do understand there are some cases or instances where certain problems may arise. So we put the following policies in place to ensure you have a fun and fantastic time in our inflatable rentals.

A responsible adult will be present at every inflatable rental Unit. An adult supervisor will go over the rules with children before entering the unit.

All riders should not exceed the following capacity:
10x10 No more than 6 - 8 Small Kids at one time
10x10 No more than 4 - 6 Larger Kids at one time.
13x13 No more than 8 Small Kids at one time
13x13 No more than 6 - 8 Larger Kids at one time
15x15 No more than 8 - 10 Small Kids at one time
15x15 No more than 8 Larger Kids at one time.

Each party or event location area must be flat, clear of rocks or any other debris to ensure the safety of the jumper and its riders.

A 20-foot overhead clearance is needed, as well as a 5-ft perimeter clearance around the jumper. Each unit must be securely anchored by using all available anchoring points. The inflation machinery should be located where it is either not accessible to children and under the direct supervision of a responsible adult.

All electrical connections should be located in a dry and secure position. Customers are responsible for providing power to operate the blower. A grounded 3-prong outlet must be used no farther than 100-ft away. A generator is required if the placement of the inflatable is more than 100-ft away from any power source. (We will provide a generator at an additional cost of $49 per rental.) If the unit loses power during operation or if there is any other reason to stop the use, the adult supervisor should hold open the door and ask the riders to calmly exit. In case of power failure due to customer negligence Bounce HouseParty Rental will not make any refunds.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is due upon acceptance and signing of agreement. Remaining balance is due upon delivery. We accept Visa, MC, or Cash Only. No Checks. Customers assume full responsibility for any damage or loss to equipment.

We always review weather patterns through all available means 2 hours prior to delivery. If Bounce House Party Rental determines such cancellations due to inclement weather are needed, you deposit will be fully refunded. Otherwise all other cancellations due to customer decision will be forfeited. If it rains on the day of your event and you call us to cancel at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled drop off time, we will provide you a full refund of payments you made to us. If you wish to cancel but do not call us at least two hours prior to your scheduled drop off time, you will forfeit the $50 deposit. Absolutely no refunds wil be given once the jumper is set up, delivered and accepted by the customer if a rainout or strong winds should occur.

Unit will not be used in moderate or heavy rain or if the wind speed exceeds 25 MPH. Unit will be deflated when weather conditions permit. Bounce House Party Rental is not responsible for any heat or sun-related injuries or illnesses, including sunstroke, sunburn, or dehydration. Nor is it responsible for fatigue, chill and/or dizziness, which may diminish our reaction time and increase the risk of accidents.

All riders should remove shoues, jewelry, watches, all pocket contents, glasses and any other hard or sharp objects before entering the inflatable unit. Do not permit food, gum, drinks and NO SILLY STRING or other such substances in or around the inflatable unit. All riders should be told that flips, somersaults, wrestling, or other forms of horseplay, roughhousing and climbing on the net walls are NOT permitted and the adult supervisor WILL enforce these rules. Do not run or jump through the door of the inflatable unit. All riders should not sit or lay down while others are bouncing around them. Adult supervisor will stop children from entering unit if he/she feels the inflatable unit is not working properly. One of our Bounce House Party Rental staff members will go over all rules and policies with the customer at the time of delivery.
